Using Translation

The County of San Mateo has added a translation feature developed by Google Translate to assist web visitors in understanding information on this website in a variety of foreign languages. Please be aware that Google Translate, a free third party service which the County does not control, provides automated computer translations that may not give you an exact translation. The County cannot guarantee the accuracy of translations through Google Translate so translations should not be considered exact and only used as a rough guide. Anyone relying on information obtained from Google Translate does so at his or her own risk. The County disclaims and will not accept any liability for damages or losses of any kind caused by the use of the Google Translate feature.

Join us at Twin Pines Park (Redwood Picnic Area) to celebrate and learn about the work of green teams in San Mateo County!

In partnership with the San Mateo County Office of Education and Sustainability Department, RethinkWaste invites all members of the school green team community to join us for a celebration! There will be food, fun games, and a chance to see what other green teams are doing and learn from fellow environmental enthusiasts. Sustainability is a collaborative effort, and we want to provide everyone with a chance to network, grow, and celebrate together!

There is no-cost to attend and all ages are welcome. All participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Parking is limited – there are some spots available in the main lot and spillover will require street parking. We recommend walking or biking, public transit, and carpooling in accordance with school/district driver and transportation policies. We recommend taking Caltrain to the Belmont station which is only a few blocks away!
